Analisis Pengaruh Teknologi AI terhadap Kemudahan PenggunaanSistem Informasi
Abstract
The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant changes to various fields, including information systems in daily life and organizational environments. AI integration allows work processes to become faster, more efficient, and more responsive to user needs. This article aims to analyze the influence of AI implementation on the ease of using information systems, particularly in improving access efficiency, process automation, and user experience. The method used is an analytical study based on AI development and application in modern information systems. The results show that AI has a positive impact by increasing data processing speed, simplifying decision-making, and creating more adaptive interactions for users. However, implementation also presents challenges such as technological dependency, data security concerns, and the need to improve users' digital literacy. Therefore, AI use in information systems should be supported by proper management so that its benefits can be maximized effectively.
